STAY FAR AWAY FROM AT&T! They charged us for the first week of service before anyone ever came to deliver and set up our router. When the router was finally working, speeds were abysmal. When we eventually moved to a new city where AT&T was not available, it took over an hour of arguing with a salesperson who tried to convince us to "just wait until AT&T provides service to that area" as if we would pay our bill for several months with no internet access. Even the return process is a nightmare!

Can't download chat transcript via the app due to "You need to give storage permission to download the file." Works fine online and on my old galaxy s22. Doesn't work on app for galaxy s24+. This permission is automatically enabled and is not able to be disabled. No one can seem to figure it out. I've talked to tech support, store agents, and a slew of agents via the chat. I've also un-installed and reinstalled the app and recreated my user name.

I've had AT&T for years, and the app has always been pretty clunky. Navigating from one page to another often takes ages, if it will even load at all. Sometimes it takes several tries or I will just give up. This has been present on my past few phones, so I am confident it's not a device issue. Plus lately I have to sign in all over again for the most minor of things.
