Terrible transcription, sometimes completely useless, forcing me to go listen to the message. Rarely notifies me of messages properly unless I reboot my phone (???). The app is so basic. I would have continued to use YouMail but it suddenly stopped working with AT&T (suspicious). If they don't have the resources to make a useful, accurate visual voicemail app, they should get someone else to do it or make it easy to use 3rd party solutions.

1. This app has always been like playing Madd Libs when reading the texts....quite funny actually. 2. New update?- the voicemail on my phone kicks in before the app does...I have to call my vm, then once I've listened to the message there, it'll show up in the app. 3. I can listen to it 3-4 tines & it still won't mark it as read. 5. If I didn't have auto save, I wouldn't even get messages. The only thing showing in new is the welcome message. It was glitchy before, now it's just a hot mess.

It plays voicemails. Sometimes. I have to manually update to get it to display new voicemails. It takes 15-20 seconds to delete a message. If I have a less-than-perfect signal, it will lock up and never download that message even after I get a good signal. The transcripts are hilariously inaccurate. It doesn't lock the screen when playing voicemails, so it's easy for my cheek to stop playback. But it's still better than having to call voicemail and go through the audio menu.
