Ratings and reviews

Visually, it is a great improvement from the old one. But functionality, it is missing more features. It only reflects my Current and Credit Card accounts. My car loan is not displayed and there are no options to include it. Credit Card functions like Cash Installment Plan is also not included. There are a lot for HSBC to improve on.

Poor implementation. For example, when I want to pay the credit card it does not even show what the due was. One has to enter this manually from a statement. Really??? Should be option to pay the minimum, the due up to cutoff date or all charges. All banking apps I've ever used have this option.

The worst experience ever, they temporarily blocked my account from day 1 and I never used it they just kept asking for more documents to remove restrictions on it. After uploading the required documents more than 8 times, they notify me again that the account is still blocked. If they are going to give a hard time to customers why at first do they open accounts and submit their credit cards?
