Worst Customer Service experience ever. The customer service representatives are not aware about the bank processes. I am chasing a very small issue since 2 months related to my credit card. The mobile app is not connected to the rewards points. There is no option to change your pin, the interface is extremely basic. I will never use this bank again

1. New app makes is impossible to transfer money to a USA account. It indicates an IBAN number is required, but when entering USA bank details, there is no option to enter IBAN. 2. It is too easy to transfer money from a credit card to current account with no confirmation screen or password reentry with no way to cancel the transaction. Be aware of extremely high fees for this service. I paid the card back in 10 minutes, filed complaint that was rejected by the bank. Poor customer service.

Horrible, I have not been able to log into due to face verification getting freezed and I have raised countless complaints in call center no response. They say keep trying and we will get an alternative option to verify but it's says try again after 24hours. I'm unable to use basic services due to this app failing and freezing it's absolutely shameful for such a prestigious bank.
