A really bad app and the bank itself have very bad customer service. Almost 2 years now, I was about to transfer my salary but cannot log-in the app. I cannot contact neo and they do not accept in-person. 3 days before payday I asked the hr to cancel the tranfer. Now I still received billing. I tried to contact but no reply. Do not use this ap, it is like a trap.

I am really disappointed in trying to reach your call center. Can't even talk to anyone despite long minutes of waiting which is taking up all my time and balance. It was not like this before. Did you change your process? Or is your call center team not sufficient? No one is even calling back. Please consider reviewing this issue

Worst Customer Service Support. You call to speak to an agent and after all FRV when you select last option. It will ask for an activation code. While using a dual sim phone, sms do not come while call is going on. What's the point of asking cc number, phone banking pin and again this activation code just before the call is transferred. Such a waste of time waiting till activation code which will not come till call is disconnected
