Ratings and reviews

I am using HSBC application from last year. Earlier the app was terrible. But they improved the app very well and added some good features. Added fingerprint unlock features, We can view account balance, we can view and download the account statements of particular month, credit interest accrued, UPI option is also added but still not yet used. Overall the application improved a lot compared to last year.

worst experience, not user friendly, immediately don't show transactions, for credit card bill not showing what is the emi for current month, when I try to go to pay cc bill it shows total outstanding amount, please try to make it simple like other bank apps.

The app is very basic. Doesn't have any options to convert credit to EMI. For any details we need to call support. The user flow of the application is very poor.App doesn't show the details on single page. Statements are confusing. The app seems to be created by a bunch of school kids.
