Another fabulous, quick read from this author! I love the cadence of her writing & the stories she tells! She has a way of giving us a light yet heartfelt story that contains bits of heavy subject matter. Mozart & Summer have the instant connection going, but they aren't really together a lot, time-wise, in the story. She stands up for him, which was AWESOME. They kind of get to know each other a bit, like each other, but neither really trusts what they're feeling. Mozart heads back home, saying he'll be back, but Summer's past experience with ppl makes her not really believe him. He struggles a bit, and when he does make it back to her, after realizing she really might be IT for him, he goes back to see what might really be there. And that's when the adventure really begins! I like how their story is told, and I LOVE that the whole crew gets "page time" w/o taking away from the featured couple. : )

There were moments of suspense in this story that had my heart beating so fast I had to set the book down! Summer is a perfect example of how fragile our security is in the world. Mozart knows about this, being a SEAL has that front and centre, but he also knows because he once relied solely on his looks, and those changed for him. A chance meeting and an instant spark happens between these two. This only leads to more disappointment for Summer, and unfortunately, she has come to expect it. Mozart finally realizes his mistake, but he is almost too late. When timing counts though, he comes through just in time and Summer has no problem putting all her trust and faith in him <3

I'm actually glad I stumbled on these series late as by the time I found it all the audio versions where released. I've been loving listening to all the Seals find their women. Susan writes amazing and interesting stories while Stella does an outstanding job of narrating them. If you like good audio books don't miss these. If you prefer to read this a must read series you don't want to miss
