What a great start to The Steele’s at Silver Island Series and if Tempted by Love is anything to go by Ms Foster will certainly have a hit on her hands. This is single mum Daphne Zablonski and Jack “Jock” Steele’s story and it’s a beautifully written love story with wonderful characters who will certainly steal a piece of your heart. Jack is an author who has lost his best friend and his mojo, he has come to Silver Island to try and get his life and his mojo back but words ate not easily found could Daphne and her adorable little girl Hadley be the inspiration he needs or will Hadley, a little girl who loves unconditionally break his heart just a little bit more.... Jock and Daphne have a lot to risk if they take that leap of faith, so will either of them be prepared to take that giant leap and hope it leads to happiness..... All that’s left for me to say is please one click this gem of a read, I’m so excited for more in this series and I’m sure you will be too.

5 Star review of Tempted By Love (The Steeles At Silver Island #1) by Melissa Foster This is author Jack "Jock" Steele and single mum Daphne Zablonski’s story and what a beautifully written, heart warming story it was. I particularly enjoy, Ms.Foster’s style of writing and cannot wait to read more in this series and if Tempted by Love is anything to go by, Ms.Foster has another winning series on her hand. Jock is a man shattered by his past, never having recovered form the loss of his partner and baby, estranged from his family, he has closed himself off to all but an old friend. When his friend passes away he leaves Jock a fortune on the proviso that he writes another book. Neither Jock or Daphne are looking for a relationship, but fate works in mysterious ways. Jock is drawn to Daphne and her little girl Hadley, who wraps him around her fingers and refuses to let me go. The chemistry between Jock and Daphne was sizzling and as they get to know each other it only intensifies. When the past comes back to haunt them, will Jock be able to come to terms with it? Will Jock and Daphne be prepared to take a giant leap of faith and perhaps finally find the happily ever after that they all deserve? One click now and find out.

What a fantastic story about breaking free from the prison in your head. Poor Jock locked himself off for years due to his past. Daphne a single mom of a three year old girl, Hadley. Daphne's daughter adores Jock and goes running every time she sees him. However, Jock wants nothing to do with Hadley and that makes her cry when he ignores her. For that reason Daphne tried to avoid Jock. Which is kind of hard because they live at the same resort. Jock is fighting an internal battle. As Jock and Daphne become closer he really wants to try to overcome his reaction to children, especially Hadley. Your heart will just melt as Jock starts to soften to Hadley. As always, Melissa wrote an amazing story. Her books sucks you in from the first page. You will most definitely laugh. You will definitely cry. This is book part of A Love In Bloom series. You do not have to read the previous book, however I strongly recommend you do. There are reoccurring characters.
