Fun read! Surprisingly not a single grammar error jumped out at me. That was most unexpected. The plot was pretty straightforward but then the genre doesn't allow much deviation. At least Gaddy didn't needlessly drag out the narrator's conflict between head and heart to try to amp up the reader's emotional involvement. I would certainly read another story by Eve Gaddy if I came across it; this was a most enjoyable 3 hours.

I as a reader have always enjoyed stories where outer beauty is not what draws two people together. My opinion is that it takes a very unique individual to look past surface beauty and discover the inner radiance. Eve Gaddy truly stole my heart with One Night with the Cowboy. The beauty of finding that treasure in the place that no one else deemed fit to look is the most beautiful gift of all. I was given an ARC of this story for an honest review. Heartwarming.

Like both books,. I like this author, she talks about animals in so passionate way. Two different stories in different background,u will forget the 1st story by the end of first chapter in 2nd book. So captivating story.
