Rachel finally tells her husband about her brain tumor. Things don't go very good with that. She and her partner Jack get called to investigate some stabbings. They quickly link the reason to these people being on a list to receive an organ donation. Rachel is still having severe headaches from the tumor. Jack still doesn't know what's going on with her. This book kept me reading it from start to finish. The ending makes it hard to wait for the next book. I love every Blake Pierce book I have read! Please keep them coming!

Rachel is running against the clock regarding her own problems as well as in finding the culprit in this good novel. Liver transplant patients are being killed and the local police and the FBI have no leads that can point them to the killer. All the leads they work on seems to finish at a dead end. Rachel keeps on having her extremely painful headaches which are putting her capacity of working in doubt, but she needs to keep on working or she feels she may loose her sanity and the only thing she believes she is good at. Lynch, the serial killer, she had approached for help is not making her life any easier, as he keeps on calling her and sending "souveniers" to her home adding even more stress to her life. A fast-paced, entertaining, and easy-to-read story that will keep you reading till you learn the end. As a member of the author's ARC team, I received a free copy of this book and this is my honest opinion.

This is one series you can't put down. This latest book in the series was beyond excellent. I've never been an avid book reader, but since joining this exclusive club I'm loving it and you'll love this book. I don't like to give anything away in my reviews about the books I read, I'll just let you know if it's worth the read
