Rachel is facing her worst nightmare as her family is being threatened and she still has not disclosed her illness to her boss. She is feeling better, and although under appalling circumstances she goes to work on a weird case - people who have sleeping problems are being killed. She is also troubled by leaving her family and about her feelings towards her partner - what are they now? A good story, and a good plot, quite entertaining!

As good as the first book was in this series, it is captivating and adrenaline filled as these two go after a serial killer. Readers will enjoy another story with Agent Rachel. Given a complimentary copy for my voluntary review and my honest opinion

Escaped killer, Alex Lynch kills Paige's father & Rachel's estranged husband, Peter. The FBI doubles protection on Rachel & her family and increase their search for Lynch. Thinking Rachel needs a distraction, Jack & her boss ask her to help on a new case in Fredericksburg, The killer is leaving his victims posed as if they are peacefully sleeping. Things begin happening and Rachel begins to doubt that she should be away from her family so soon. Really great read!
