The app used to work fine until a few months ago. I thought it was the new phone I got, but now I'm reading about an update with the scan to pay feature. That's the issue .... My phone does not reflect Scan to Pay and the card with the barcode, which I discovered when I was in line to pay and I didn't have the physical card on me because I use my phone. What a pain in the butt! I prefer to use Tap to Pay because there continue to be issues with skimmers, and Walmart is a place that gets hit.

This app used to be great as an alternative to swiping the card, but now presents a message saying the Scan To Pay feature is down for maintenance. It's been down for maintenance for more than a month now. This is important since the card relies on a magnetic strip, which has failed me more often than not. I never know if my insurance benefit will be accessible when I need it. This looks bad both for OTC Network and for my insurance carrier.

I went to use my OTC Network card to pay for my groceries & realized the Scan to Pay feature is no longer available in the app. That's one of the main features in why I used the app aside from looking at my balance. Having Scan to Pay is easier, faster & safer to use. Now the OTC Network app is rendered useless now. Not everyone is always together at one time to use the OTC Network physical card to pay for items. NOT a very good decision OTC Network! Bring back the Pay to Scan feature ASAP!!!
