The absolute worst reloadable prepaid card ever! I've placed several large orders and every single time they double paid one of my items. The amount would be showing in my transaction list, but it's still pending. Customer service claimed the store double charged me for the item, which wasn't true at all. Their system double charged, by deducting the same amount, after it is was already deducted. Which lead to me having to add more money to cover my order. Their cash back is a scam, unusable.

I'm sorry to hear we haven't provided a 5-star experience. If a transaction is showing as pending and posted, you have not been double charged. Funds are only deducted from your balance when a transaction posts. If you have any questions about transactions appearing on your spendwell account, our customer care team can assist you at 833.609.8472.

I personally didn't care of the app or the card at all. I had received it as a gift and was extremely disappointed. They promise a 10 dollar advancement for sign up which you don't get. As well as the sign up process it's self is rediculous, frustrating, and long! I've had an easier time setting up an actual bank account. If I could rate 0 stars I would have.

Thank you for your interest in spendwell. Your statement credit will be issued within 30 days of successful account creation for accounts opened following in-store purchase of a starter card. For accounts opened online, without a starter card, your statement credit will be issued within 30 days of perm card activation.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever ! All I was told was to try again after two hours of trying to register my card and putting all the same info in more than 10xs and being kicked back to beginning! When I finally got to confirm info ! It told me they couldn't activate my account! And customer service couldn't even give me a standard answer to what would cause that

If you’re unable to register your card, our Customer care team can enable your card to be used (for in-store and online card purchases only) until the funds you initially loaded run out.
