Ratings and reviews

Not a very intuitive app. How you navigate to perform specific actions is not simple or straight forward. I should be able to look at the screen & know exactly where to go to. You should not have multiple functions & their options on one screen. Put the summary of my account on the home page, then give me the option to go to profile, goals, sub accounts, or transfer money. When I select that option, that is where I do those activities. Btw, how do you delete a goal I no longer want?

Trying to add money by check (because Target advertises adding money from a bank account...this seems to be the only way), and the app crashes continually so it's impossible. Short of going to a Target, which is at least a half hour drive for me, there's no other way to add money to this card. Also the Target app still does not recognize the card as a RedCard. This has so far been a total waste of time.

It really should be an account like the bill pay, where you are able to set up your bank account (routine number) and transfer money to the card either on phone or computer. And going into the store has to go through an app so you cant just put some money on the card through your debit or cash while at or shopping in the store downside to it being complicated. It would be nice if you were in store and could just use your debit card/cash to add funds without the app
