Ratings and reviews

The story line is amazing only there were a ton of story lines that were broken and the writing seems as if the writer quickly wrote it and never bothered to grammar check it. Locations get screwed up especially when talking about the 2 seas. I won't go into any more details. Like I said. I really enjoy the story of this book but it would be way more enjoyable and less frustrating to read if some time was spent proof reading before posting the book.

The story is solid, but nothing spectacular. The characters are well developed and likable, it has some interesting ideas and scenes. I particularly like the way the story is told by hoping between the perspectives of various characters. But a lot of chapters end with person X thinking this is the day they die, only to be saved magically the next time it picks up their story. It is also riddled with errors, missed words or the wrong name used are a fairly common sight, with the occasional spelling error.

The first book was ok but I could not finish the second. It felt like the author put her own experiences in the book insted of the life of the lead character.
