You better have a whole box of tissues handy because you’re going to need them for this one. There are a lot of grief and heartbroken moments in Tank and Leah’s story that will tear your heart out. But there’s more that are full of fun, charm, delight, and love. You’ll find yourself laughing out loud at times and filling your heart up with warmth at others. The chemistry between Tank and Leah is off the charts hot and their passionate moments are extra steamy. This is an amazingly touching tale throughout, and it’s one you are going to have trouble putting down. But trust me, you don’t want to miss a single moment of their wonderful story. I am so loving getting to know the Wickeds, and I can’t wait to see what’s coming next.

The Wicked Aftermath by Melissa Foster is a contemporary romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Lance Greenfield and Jennifer Mack. This is the second book in The Wickeds: Dark Knights at Bayside series and can be read as a standalone. I absolutely love Melissa’s books. They always pull me in and leave a smile on my face. I loved the relationship that bloomed between Tank and Leah. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life. I can’t wait to dive into the next book in the series Crazy, Wicked Love to be released on March 23, 2022 so I can get Dwayne's story. Lance and Jennifer did an amazing job on the narration. They really brought the story to life. I can't wait to listen to more of their work in the future. I would highly recommend this book if you love MC romances or contemporary romances. Where do I even begin?! I have never read a Melissa Foster book that I didn’t love. However, The Wicked Aftermath is on a whole different level! If you can read this whole book and not shed a tear, you’re probably not human. The story of Leah, River, Junie, and Rosie is so incredibly touching. The relationship between Leah and her brother, River, was inspiring. How they loved and cared for one another reminded me so much of my relationship with my brothers. Junie and Rosie were so stinkin’ cute! Best of all was Melissa’s depiction of Tank. A big burly biker who’s fierce and a little scary on the outside but with an absolute heart of gold. Reading how Tank interacted with Junie and Rosie was just so sweet, and his interactions with Leah were anything but!🔥🔥🔥 This book may just be my favorite MF book to date. I don’t even know the right words to explain this story other than to say it moved me. It hit right at the core of how we all feel about loss and grief. Seeing how Tank and his family and friends were there for Leah and her little family brought tears to my eyes. All the sweet things Tank did for the girls and ALL the not so sweet things Tank did for Leah, made this story amazing!!!
