wow! I'm just blown away by their firecrackers! Sully is a amazing woman who overcome her fears & being very strong since I read "Free Sully". Cowboy is my kind of favorite protector & he is ahhhhh mazing! he did anything for his woman! I cried. I laughed & I'm very thankful that Jordan finally saw her long lost sister by the help with Jax. everything was so connected thru the Dark Knights. I really love Sasha bc she didn't ask questions about Sully's past but she is very passionate & mindful about Sully. I truly appreciate her. as for Birdie, maaaan she's something but I love her support for Sully when she finally understands where Sully had come from & she showed her how women can have fun. Callahan Callahan, man u r my favorite dark knight who can give love, tender & care to this spectacular woman, Sully.

For The Love Of Whiskey (book 2 in The Whiskey's At Redemption Ranch) is another excellent story by Melissa Foster. Sully is a heroine in every definition of the word. She was so vulnerable and open, and she wanted to get her life back, which is something I really admire. Cowboy is so protective and swoony, and I think I speak for all of us when I say I want my own Cowboy Whiskey!! The connection this couple has is magical. From the first scene, when Cowboy stepped into the room, it was apparent these people belonged together. Sully has a lot to work through, and she needs Cowboy to do so, he grounded her. Sully reuniting with her sister Jordan is the cherry on top of this fantastic story. I have been invested in these sisters' relationship since I met Jordan in her own story, Then Came Love. Reading about their reunion after all these years was heartwarming. Sully's heartache and pain for so many years broke me down and made me sob, but the joy I felt while reading how she could finally enjoy life built me back up. Her connection with Cowboy, them being true partners, making each other stronger, and living love-filled life made me feel happier than ever! For The Love Of Whiskey is one of Melissa Foster's best books, gutwrenching, heartbreaking but heartwarming, and breathtaking at the same time. WHY READ FOR THE LOVE OF WHISKEY? What an emotional ride! Melissa never disappoints. You will find yourself with a lump in your throat and smiling so big it hurts. Sully is one of the strongest women characters I have read in a while. What she endured and came out with a fight for a normal life. Cowboy was assigned to look after Sully. He is such a good hearted guy, and is the perfect man to help heal Sully. I was so excited for another book by Melissa that jumped right into For The Love Of Whiskey. However, what I should have done was read Freeing Sully first. You will still find out about Sully's escape in this book.
