This book walks us through all. We may have already known much of what we read here, but we haven't acted on them. The author has processed and translated solid research into an action plan which, if followed through, can be life-changing. Especially if one does the exercises at the end of each chapter. These are worth returning to in order to be absorbed. I recommend this book.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I began reading this book but soon found out how powerful it is. Author shares some incredibly insightful information and always encourages us to be one of the great ones, no matter where we came from or where we are now. The action steps are a path to reach that objective and I am certainly in that path. Thank you Steve for such a motivational and encouraging book!
