Very simple book and quick read but full of science behind making/breaking habits. So often we choose to focus on the large goals while neglecting the little things to do every day. Do those little things (Good Habits) and you'll attain your goals! The book provides great practical stories that help relate to the information the author is presenting!

I loved it so much and kept listening to the first few chapters (finding more and more inspiration and good quotes each time) that I decided to buy the paperback version so that I can highlight. I have read other reviews that say the book is too wordy. That may be so, but with the audible version it doesn't seem to be too wordy at all.

I've really enjoyed this easy to read, inspiring book that makes you think twice about what you do in your day to day life. Very insightful and packed full of psychology research on habit forming tendencies. My entire family has read this book now as each of us passed it on.
