This book has given me lots of ideas on how to stave off dementia. This version is the British edition, but there are only a few spots where there are changes, using British spelling, for example. It is not difficult to read, but offers lots of technical information which is research based. I’m planning on reading it again (I didn’t say I had a great memory!), and look forward to improving my future by maintaining my cognitive functioning. You don’t need to have Alzheimer’s to benefit: it gives oodles of information about how to avoid cognitive decline overall. Great book.

This a medical work, the product of 30+ years of research and continues with new knowledge gained. Many are now in recovery from cognitive decline and Alzheimers. The results of the first large sample study will be released in 2020 and early results are very encouraging. We, too, are part of the medical protocol to reverse Alzheimers and are hopeful to be included among the good reports in the near future.

. The author is registered nutritionist and knows what she is talking about. The "brain food" in this book is not only healthy, but also delicious! These recipes are detailed and easy to follow. There are even relatively healthy desserts! I am a big fan of this cookbook and have been enjoying it very much. My parents have been loving it too. Highly recommended!
