I love the fact that this is an extensive guide for nutritarian meals, however, I wish the dishes didn't have so many ingredients and I wish there were pictures.

A truly informative book that proves lifestyle change & stick-to-it-iveness is of significant importance to good health. He is right on the money & I wholeheartedly agree with his method.
