Information on how eating a nutrient dense diet will help you lose weight and resolve many health issues. Dr. Furhman also explains problems with some of the other popular diets. Simple plan and many new recipes are included! Life saving info! His best book so far. Very motivational!

Full of shit and lies. Same old same old marketing technique use by all trying to sell his diet book shit by not callling it as a diet.
