Ratings and reviews

Took a while for the main character to clue you in to what happened to her. After that, I was waiting for something to happen in her present life, to find out she's a psychopath murderer or something but no.... The ending was extremely boring. I don't see how other people gave it such great reviews. I'm sad I paid money for this.

Great book, with a really good concept. A bit slow/frustrating to start, but engaging and couldn't put down after that. I found the main character mostly believable; fascinating to see the impact on inner thought from trauma...and an accurate depiction.

I guess I expected it to be better from all the fuss about it. I usually get into books so much I can't put them down, not the case here. I found myself not liking TifAni's character. Bottom line it's well written and has an interesting plot, just for some reason wasn't for me.
