Love it! Suggest reading it for sure! Great information, even for the more savvy and educated reader/dieter. Pros: Specific, detailed information with great examples, tips, visuals and recipes. Inspirational and motivating stories and comments. Cons: Not an extensive enough food list to help figure out where some different foods may go in this plan. (EX: Almond Milk, where does that belong? Or is cream or half and half allowable with coffee, daily?) Also, if diabetic, how can the higher carb days help? As for the all of the exercises and information about getting your metabolism jump started, what if a person is very limited in their ability to exercise, not just due to weight, but possibly due to knee/hip/back injuries that wouldn't allow them to lift significant weight or do intense cardio (or many of the exercises in your book because of the need to use knees repeatedly). Would that person still lose weight on the calorie load suggested?

Make wt loss easier to understand. Explains what you have to do and why. It makes sense. I lost 30lb in 30 days just by following suggestions from book.

Love it !Lots of great info...lost 10 lbs in 6 days ...my only problem is the charts...my phone won't blow them up enough to see and I don't have a PC. ..any suggestions. ..I bought the ebook because of a tight budget !
