I just downloaded the book. So far I'm on page 91 and it's a very easy read. I skimmed the meal plan and it definitely looks doable. Excellent book thus far.

I love his book its easy to read and understand....today is day 3 and so far I loss 2 pounds. I wouldn't call it a diet I would say its a healthy way of eating that will last a lifetime....the exercise section shows pictures and explain how its done....I recommend this book to anyone....he gives you 21 days meal plans...you have 2 cheat days but it doesn't feel like your cheating...you can eat whatever you want on those days as long as its 1600 calories for females

Great inspiration, he has done in depth research ...I like this!!!! He gets it !!! The needs of individuals who are overweight and wanting to maintain a healthy diet...without yoyoing....

In 2004, he opened his first Body Sculptor Fitness Studio in Atlanta and has built it into the city's premiere health and fitness center. His business attracts such clients as Angela Bassett, Baltimore Ravens tight-end Daniel Wilcox, singer-songwriter JoJo, and world-pop sensation Justin Bieber. He also developed the renowned Me and My Chair Workout DVD.
