In depth nutritional info, meal building tools, bodyweight exercises, workout and eating schedule, and tons motivational insight. I lost 2 lbs in the first week! Truly amazing book.

I like his show but he doesn't care about how much I want to be in his show to loss my weight I feetl he cares and he could help energize me never got a reply to my email with my pics as they have requested wow still waiting and I wished I had someone to motivate me like he dose just me in my shade

He frequently appears on Good Morning America and The Dr. Oz Show; he has been the Transformation Pro on KTVK's Good Morning Arizona for years delivering tips, shortcuts, and tricks of the trade to the largest news viewing audience in Arizona. He is married to Heidi Powell and they have four children.
