These books tell an excellent story, it is fun intelligent and creative. The only issue I had was the way the author would occasionally have paragraphs or sections that were unclear and did not support the story... I read it about a month ago so I do not have any examples off of the top of my head, but it is as if the author would just stream of consciousness info the book without purpose.

This book was great read. Both thrilling and ironiclly comical. My only complaint being about the frequent depictions of rape and sadistic behavior, often at the same time. Despite my complaint about the explicit content i found the story to be only adequately mysterios, but the characters seemed shockingly human.

Amazing book - I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys a mixture of fantasy, adventure, magic and assassins! The trilogy beautifully blends corrupt politics, murder and magic better than anything I could have hoped for... Buy it, you won't be disappointed!
