The extravagant affair included a dozen couples, a private jet, and a depravity night. As Jesse and her colleague enters the world of the ultra-rich to unwrap the despicable relations between couples and friends. It appears to Jesse that several of the friends on board would want their host dead! Jessie finds the truth is far more convoluted and far more sinister than expected. Another Jesse Hunt fast-paced psychological suspense thriller. It’s a roller coaster ride to the very end!!

Jessie Hunt has to investigate the murder of a wealthy record producer that happened on a private jet. The guests of the man are all returning from his birthday party, so it seems the murderer is one of the passengers. Also, Jessie's sister finally comes clean with her therapist and Jessie has to deal with that. Very interesting read that will keep you guessing!

I love the Jesse Hunt series. I prefer when Jesse and Ryan are on the case together, and I still have not warmed up to the new character, Valentine. Unfortunately, Ryan suffers a domestic injury and Jesse gets partnered up with Valentine. Jesse does not trust Valentine and neither do I. Her style is completely different, she is aggressive, crass, and she flirts with Ryan in front of Jesse. With two completely different approaches to solving crime, and a bit of a power struggle between them, Jesse’s work as a profiler and her experience and professionalism help calm the waters between them. Meanwhile, thanks in part to some tough love from Ryan, Hannah finally has a breakthrough with Dr. Lemmon. Blake Pierce knows how to capture his audience. Looking forward to the next book.
