Blake Pierce has managed to pull us in for another Jessie Hunt thriller with The Perfect Image. This time we are taken to California where women are being killed in a manner that reminded me of the way in which animals were killed. This killer likes to watch them die. I do enjoy the progression of Jessie over time and her relationship with Ryan. Can’t wait for the next installment.

I Love the Jessie Hunt series, The Perfect Image had me captivated from start to finish... When I get Blake Pierces books I just can't seem to put them down, I just have to read until the end of the book and then wait on the next one with anticipation... With all that is going on in Jessies life she is still able to hunt down suspects and bring them to justice....

Reading a Blake Pierce book is always exciting! Great female protagonists, desperately clever villains, and a real life back story for each of our heroines. Jessie is one of my favorites, and these books just keep getting better. In this installment, Jessie is chasing an unlikely killer, who is targeting pretty, rich women. Lots of suspects who appear guilty, but in the end, she always gets the right killer. Jessie's personal life is still on a roller coaster, but some new developments give her hope for a brighter future. Always a wonderful read!!
