I was left a bit disappointed with cul de sac.. Chloe Fine is an interesting person add on her sister who hates there dad who was in prison most of there lives for the murder of there mother and the subsequent release with the help of Chloes new evidence this book really peaked at the end but thought fell flat with main storyline of a school reunion it just did not have an edge to it like others...

Not much of a thriller. Some of the investigative deductions were flawed. Twice the name of the wrong character was used. I couldn't relate to Chloe, her poor judgement, her emotional baggage. She crossed some lines as a professional...sleeping with her partner right out of the gate, becoming physical with the errant boyfriend. She just wasn't believable.

Another well done book by Blake Pierce. With each new installment in the Chloe Fine series there are many new and unexpected twists and turns! Other reviews have noted things like wrong characters showing up in the wrong places. A good book proof reader should have caught these mistakes. That is the Publishers problem, not the author. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series!
