Ratings and reviews

There is some good info, but it also has it's issues. A big part of the book talks about leaning heavily on real estate investments to make money. And a lot of the reasoning about real estate investments is before the housing bubble burst in 2008. So, I'm a bit skeptical of that part of the book, and would be interested to see that section updated. The other main issue is that the book just doesn't work that well as an audiobook. There are a lot of tables full of numbers, which might be informative if reading in book form, but is annoying to listen to. It's really difficult for me to absorb the information as described, though others may be able to grasp it better. I think it would've been better to leave those tables out of this format and offer them as downloads.
