This is the best app honestly for anxiety or obsessive thinking. It's very simple and has a calm design and gives the user a feeling of empowerment in their life. It would be nice if it had features in the side menu like gratitude, guided audios, sleep sounds/or a panic button for relaxation breathing like some competitor apps have. I am close to making this one my main app but I was sold on the relax/panic button with breathing exercise visuals in the other apps.

Hi Katie, thanks so much for your feedback, this is incredibly helpful! We are looking at adding some relaxation techniques into the app and the idea of a relax/panic button is brilliant! The app is excellent. I've seen complaints about the cost, but it's not greed - far from it. Parts are totally free, and at roughly £15 per year, it's affordable for almost everyone in the UK. The business must have operating costs, so I'm happy to pay it. Perhaps there could be an option to sponsor the cost of someone who can't afford it. But yes, making CBT exercises digitally accessible transforms the effectiveness of the techniques for me.

I like the fact you can add a PIN. The UI is also amazing. I love the concept of this app and how simple it is to use. Custom categories are also a really good feature. I don't really have any criticism for this app, other than that it could maybe do with some more features? Like maybe some small things such as changing the colour scheme or background of the app?
