I am trying to like these new aids and the app. First if you have an android phone. You have to answer a call on the phone. Which is bad or not doable when you are driving.during conversation you will lose audio. And finally I have not been able to pair my aids with my BT computer or TV. In short they do not work and will most likely be returning them so sad about this š

Have had these hearing aids for almost 3 years now and constantly have problems with the battery usage report on this app. It's just NOT accurate at all. Yesterday morning I put the aids on, tested with the app, showing left 80%, right 90% and a few hours later both batteries were giving me the low battery sound. Shortly thereafter both batteries were dead. This happens all the time. I have unistslled the app several times and reinstalled thinking that might help to no avail.

I am having trouble adjusting to these hearing aids, I can't adjusting the volume to where I can here a person speak to me with out background noise, I can not do the same while watching television i have tried adjusting the volume on one ear but I still get background noise, I guess I will have to live with it but I don't like theses hearing aids.
