Very annoying. Keeps dropping out. Bluetooth sound either goes to left ear or right. Have to keep turning the connection on and off at least 6 to 7 times to get the sound in both ears. Frustrating because my left ear has nerve damage and with the sound only going to the left, the sound is their but I can't hear clearly as everything is distorted. I need both on to hear properly. Blue tooth button always doesn't work too. Have to switch phone on and off to get it to work.

I am reasonably satisfied with the app. The one issue I have concerns permanently adjusting the volume level. Yes, I can temporarily change the level from 8 to 13 but I want to have it permanently set on 13 but the app defaults back to level 8 after a couple of hours. I cannot find anything in the settings that allows me to do this......

Hi Kevin, Thankyou for reviewing our app. Your aids should be adjusted to match 85% of your day to day scenarios bases on a two way conversation with your audiologist, with the app catering for the other 15% of situations. You need to get your aids fine tuned by your audiologist if you need to make daily adjustments. Regards, Signia UK Tech Team

I'm a new hearing aid user and thought that buying the highest rated aids from specsavers would automatically have been controlled with better software. It may be me, but the left/right ear volumes seem to reset every time I make a change. The Bluetooth connection seems to drop out. I don't mind the UI as simpler usually means easier but would appreciate the ability to change the treble/base and have the ability to have various programs eg. Tv, talk etc. However the problems might just be me!

Hi Robert, Your aids will have between three and six slots for programs for different scenarios - did your audiologist set any up for you? The logic is that your audiologist sets your aids up to cater for 85% of the scenarios you meet daily, with your app making temporary adjustments to get you through unusual situations.
