The hear.com HORIZON app allows you to discreetly control the pioneering hearing system from hear.com in complete comfort via your smartphone. Transfer multimedia content such as music or phone calls directly to the hearing aid, set different amplification programs and activate innovative functions such as SPEECH FOCUS, PANORAMA EFFECT and the world first MY MODE functionality.Thanks to the simple, intuitive user interface, you'll be able to use it right from the start.

This app is clunky at best. Half the time the volume slider changes from a dual control to a single control for no apparent reason. When working correctly, there is an option for two sliders, one for right, and one for left, or one slider controlling both simultaneously. I just updated the app and now I no longer have the option to select a preset sound function. The app has the feel of having potential but it possibly was released in a hurry before it was completed. Always having to reinstall.

Sept, 2023 This app is getting worse. I now hear nothing through my phone. July 2023 I am, sometimes, only hearing the tone on one ear and not the other. Sometimes, I am NOT hearing through my hearing aids and there are many times when I only hear out of one ear and not both when using my phone. It's ify. I'm becoming very unhappy with this app!

Frustrating...trying to pair the aids to Bluetooth on my phone was futile. Kept getting error messages. Turn Bluetooth off/on...turning hearing aids off/on. Says hearing aids are not Bluetooth compatible. I finally got them paired manually. Spent over an hour messing with connectivity. Not to mention all the time I spent yesterday trying to get them to work.
