• Call Transfer - Call Transfer allows your employees to seamlessly transfer calls from one person or department to another on softphones and IP phones.

Worst ever, don't even brother ....support are clueless. I'm canceling my subscription. Issue: won't allow me to login, always give password incorrect message even after changing password multiple times which was suggested by the tech support.

Old app was great, was able to forward calls from my business line to my mobile using the app. Since the changes I am no longer able to log into the app on my cell, error message and it immediately "times out"

Sure, I can receive and send calls from this app, but for some reason the Do Not Disturb function doesn't change the DND setting on my phone in the office so I have to use the website which is broken.
