Useless app. Unable to login even after reinstall the app, swich off wifi multiple times. Immediate fix is needed. Not sure, how could Rogers published this app without any testing. Update: 16-Apr-24 Not able to login after doing suggested steps (clear all data, reinstall app, use only mobile data etc.)

Hi Abhijit, sorry about the inconvenience. Try clearing the cache or reinstalling the app. In case the issue still persists, can you let us know if you're able to log in via web browser or you're also getting issues? Looking forward to your reply! ^mg

It has no intention to open. I have to try 10 times to login and open the application. Software is too heavy. Please improve your team! Reply 1: Yes, I have tried reinstalling and on other devices too. It's the same. If you are successfully logged in, you'll be able to login for few hours or days. But if you don't use the application for few days, the application keeps crashing and wouldn't allow to login in one go. It feels like waste of time.

This "app" is NOT good. Downloads and installs fine. Open the app, fine. Then, to signin, it needs my Brave web browser. Then, after signing in successfully, I get this nonsense message from Rogers: "Thank you for choosing Rogers Television. We're working on making the Rogers App better for you. While we work in this area of the app, you will be redirected to the website to view those details."
