This app is quite bad...between having to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME and sometimes having to shut down the app for it to even recognize the sign in and the fact that once you get notified (if you get notified at all) about motion, by the time you get the app to work, the event is over. We actually had some vandalism on our porch and no notification of motion at that time. Very disappointed!

Franchesca, thank you for taking out the time to provide us with the feedback. It can surely frustrate to keep logging in to access the app. Have you tried the other sign in options? Once you log in, then tap on More|Application|Sign in Settings to choose the option that works best for you. Regards! /Moin

This is the absolute worst app I've ever used. I would never actively choose to be a rogers customer but it's what is installed in the house so I'm stuck with it. I just stood out in the rain for 20min trying to login to the app just to turn the alarm off. I eventually had to give up and just open the door setting off the alarm and waking everyone up. It's been absolute garbage for the 3 years I've used it and they've made no attempts at making it better. Avoid it at all cost it is a nightmare.

This is such a janky app. Can't sign in half the time, even when I turn on stay signed in. Viewing recorded video events is cumbersome. Navigating through the app is not smooth. The rule system isn't great. Videos are terrible - it will record the wind blowing a leaf across my porch but not someone dropping off a package. The whole experience with this app leaves much to be desired. I'm used to Google Home where it's smooth, instant notifications and HQ videos. Needs improvements
