For days I have been uninstalling and reinstalling the app nothing works. It's only showing legal terms and logout on the menu. It use to be other options showing such as transfers and settings. Not able to set alerts. What happen? I been using this app for 2 years and no problem until recently. Even the reload locations are not enabling. I can go on and on but I just want this app to be corrected so I can utilize it again. Thanks.

app does not work. App is corrupted. Says that my password may have been used. i uninstalled it and reinstalled and it still says app is corrupted. waste of time if i keep having to call the number to find my balance and and payment history. can't carry my computer around. what is going on with the app?

Takes a while to the load app and once loaded is very slow to navigate to different areas. Have reinstalled the app multiple times. Also can't load checks on mobile despite being told that I can. There is no 'left menu' with 'load check' as an option. Waste of time and storage space!
