This app is the absolute worst. Their entire service is convoluted and impersonal. Every phone call takes you through multiple computers before reaching a call center overseas, AND to top it all off they charge $2-$3 to withdraw from an atm or get cashback or make an online transfer. The fact that Domino's is so cheap they force us to put our meager tips on here should be a crime. I'm being charged $3 every time I want to get a portion of my pay! Don't use this app!

I am so tired of downloading one app for you guys then using it for a while then told i have to download a different app and vice versa.. This have happened at least 4 times now i have to switch between the brinks app and the skylight app... Please get it together and get on one page. This is not an issue with downloading the apps, its that Brinks keeps switching which app i can log into.

If your considering a prepaid card find another! I have been with Brinks for years and now when I needed customer service (which yrs ago was fine) now is worthless. I was charged overdraft fees, was supposed to have a 3 day courtesy clearance on unauthorized chg all of it never happened. Then they wouldn't even credit me the $20 fee for 2 night delivery on a card that showed up in an envelope almost torn in half and card bent to where it was unusable and expected me to activate it!!
