IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OPENING A CARD ACCOUNT: To help the federal government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the USA PATRIOT Act requires us to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an Account. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU: When you open an Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and your government ID number. We may also ask to see a copy of your driver's license or other documents at any time. All Accounts are opened subject to your ability to verify your identity by requiring acceptable type of identification. We may validate the information you provide us to ensure we have a reasonable belief of your identity. If we are not able to verify your identity to our satisfaction, we will not open your Account or we may close the Account if it was previously funded. Your Account is subject to fraud prevention restrictions at any time, with or without notice.

2 The first ATM Cash Withdrawal Fee per calendar month is waived for withdrawals at a Brinkā€™s Money Network ATM. In addition, the ATM-owner surcharge fee will be credited back to your account for the first withdrawal at a Brinkā€™s Money Network ATM per calendar month. Visit your Online Account Center to find a list of Brinkā€™s Money Network ATMs. All other ATM withdrawals may incur a surcharge assessed by the institution that owns the terminal or network in addition to the ATM Cash Withdrawal Fee disclosed in your Deposit Account Agreement.

3 No Account-to-Account Transfer Fee when completed online. A $4.95 Account-to-Account Transfer Fee applies via a Customer Service Agent. Other transaction fees, costs and terms and conditions may apply. Use of Account is also subject to funds availability. See Deposit Account Agreement for details.

4 No minimum balance to open an optional Savings Account. Savings Account funds are withdrawn through your Brinkā€™s ArmoredTM Account (maximum 6 such transfers per calendar month). The Savings Account linked with your Brinkā€™s Armored TM Account is made available to Accountholders through Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC. Funds on deposit are FDIC insured through Pathward, N.A. For purposes of FDIC coverage, all funds held on deposit by you at Pathward, N.A., will be aggregated up to the coverage limit, currently $250,000.00.

The Brink's ArmoredTM Account is a deposit account established by Pathward, National Association, Member FDIC, and the Mastercard Debit Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated. Decent, but watch your statements for service fees! I found in the first few months, no fees. Then, a fee for November posted on the 4th, then a in February which I was told was for December, and yet another fee for replacing my lost card. They had no problem returning the replacement fee and the fee for December, posted in February, which made no sense, but they hesitated on that random fee posted in November, but it was refunded. FYI, and beware: offshore call centers here

these monthly fees are way too high other banks doesn't hit this hard only netspend and it's partners I wish agencies like government, lottery, prize winners etc would give a choice before surprising me with anything netspend

By far the Best online checking account I prefer Brinks over Chime and CashApp due to the many features, not to mention the customer service is far superior in every conceivable way possible. That is the main reasons for my five star review and I'm going to purposefully one star all Brinks top competition because I have been screwed around by a few online banking services and there so called customer service representatives more like hey I get paid to hear your problem then sorry I can't help
