Overall it's handy, helpful & easy to discretely change settings; & super helpful to know which of the 6 programs I'm currently using. The biggest frustration comes from the biggest reason I downloaded it NOT WORKING! I've never gotten the spatial configuration to work. It works on the demo. It flashes on start-up, then vanishes once the app fully loads. UPDATE: b/c that's not for the level 3 HA's my ins covers, please change! UPDATE: rarely use this now, company moved on to other tech WAS nice!

It insists that I am listening to Streaming Audio when I am trying to hear real people in the same room. The app still needs work. It gets frozen in the Streaming Audio option, and one needs to take out one's hearing aids, remove the batteries, and then reinsert the batteries and place the hearing aids back in in order to get the Streaming Audio to leave.

Update since latest update very buggy, 90% of the time app works correctly but it will drop connection with Motorola Maxx from time to time and have to go into Bluetooth and have it reconnect. The other issue is with the spacial function and it resetting, would like to see a timer added that the user can control or disable I understand the reason it resets in case user forgets..... App also will not function if you don't have the easy tek with you which it was my understanding that it should, my understanding is that it should but limited .
