Ratings and reviews

Lively customer service is great, however I cannot stand their phones I have gone through so many of them because they have so many problems, and if you like to be on the internet a lively phone is not for you. And yes, I have the phone that is supposed to be for internet, but it has an awful lot of glitches. I would not recommend these phones to anyone that I didn't dislike.

For the most part, Lively gives a buyer access to easy to read explanations to much anticipated consumer questions In their booklets and with their customer service agents.

The advertising surely helps pay for the service.
