Finally have to say I'm not happy with Lively.Screen keeps dimming,constantly have to tap it,time consuming,have lost at least 3-4 messages that I send to others,can't retrieve them,they are usually the longer and detailed ones(never shorter ones), whoever is making suggestions when I text 🤔😢 needs help I've had some terrific help like they could read my mind.i'm forcedto delete outgoing messages ,my outgoing messages are,, changed in transit "really""🥺 .you say that I am in control.,No,I

I love my phone but hate when it updates the software coz I never know if I will have to call LIVELY and get them to remote access my phone to fix it where it works again. Of that has only happened once and now I may need to call them again to check out why at times I can hardly hear an outgoing ringer or maybe I just need to be stupid enough to check the setting to make sure I have the volume up. BUT in the beginning when I first got this phone I hated all the people who had this number before.

I'm 79 & see tech as an intrusion unwanted in my senior yrs. Not having a family member close to help compounds my frustration. Having the Jitterbug phone no. Is a great help except for things that you need an extra phone (it's awkward to borrow from my neighbors for 39- to 60 mlns
