A TRUE GAMECHANGER
This app will completely revolutionize the way you look for mushrooms! It leverages multiple highly detailed spatial (map-based) datasets describing local environmental conditions to help take the guesswork out of finding fruiting fungus.
FEATURED DATA:
● Tree species data for the whole country with 30-meter (~100 feet) resolution.
● More than 30,000 verified mushroom observation points to learn what environments they like.
● Living and dead tree density overlays for finding the best forest stands.
● Soil moisture display to know where conditions are just right.

The tree species data included in this app is 100 times more detailed than any similar dataset previously available. GeoPOI has other mushroom foraging apps using the old data - these apps are still useful because the included tree data works offline, but this new dataset reveals so much more information and works for the entire country!
Data coverage is for the entire continental US, including the states of:
