This app is atrocious. I've been a platinum member for a long time, and now randomly the "earn by time" isn't showing anymore. And no I don't mean when it says that all the slots are filled by other dashers. I'm talking about the option isn't even showing on screen. It automatically goes to just starting the dash and then sends you ranom orders to only be paid per order. Also, the schedule continues to delete itself. I did all the troubleshooting steps 3x and still no resolution.

The navigation keeps glitching and there is no way to end it. If you choose a zone to go to, the nav will set for you to go to a specific spot in the middle of the zone and until you go the THAT. EXACT. SPOT. the nav continues to run in the app...even if you end your dash or select a hot spot to go to. I even logged out and back in and it is still running and wants me to go to that spot. If I use Google maps, I will have 2 competing navigations running, both giving different directions.

I like the versatility of the app. 2 things. It does not transfer to Google maps well if you choose not to use the in app one. Twice it let me to a different location due to it putting it in wrong in Google maps. 2. I wish the acceptance and decline rate was just a biiiiit less harsh on how much it takes off when declined. I wish there was a way to appeal for some declines and explaining the reasoning why. Like if someone orders stuff for like 10 bucks, gives you a dollar, and the trip is 10mi.
