Ordering is easy, however the problem comes in when the app is trying to do too much at once. It becomes slower the more you add to your order. The FAQ questions are the bare minimum too. I tried looking up "missing item from order" and they didn't have any info on that, so I assume we just have to call the store? If you can order from an app, there should definitely at least be a feedback option explaining if something was wrong with the order. The point system is decent though.

Constant app failure. Also, the restaurants rarely have what we order. Then, we pay for something we don't get. Responding to your response: No. Installing and reinstalling hasn't solved any issues that we've had in the last year and a half. We're stuck in a loop. The app opens fine. As soon as we try to see deals or make an order, we're told to use a magic link that's been sent to our email. We hit login in that email and get a dead screen. Nothing works.

So easy to use and the points system is simple and efficient. The weekly/monthly deals are pretty decent and you can use multiple deals per day, you just have to wait 15 minutes. Haven't aven't had any issues using it yet ! Plus once a week (M-F) you can earn 2x points on your breakfast order. I racked up a good amount fast because their breakfast is one of the only things I can tolerate lol Would definitely recommend for anyone who eats there even twice a month. Its nice to get something back.
