App seems to malfunction every time. It never seems to recognize me. Sometimes it will not recognize my log-in & reroutes me to a website to enter the same info. Once it would not scan the QR codes & give credit. Once it did not allow credit for formula cans that arrived without a QR sticker (no alternative way to get points). Now it isn't allowing me to scan QR codes at all. I was able to redeem a $10 coupon which was a convoluted process for the cashier to get it to work. Not impressed.

I encountered difficulties with the QR code scanning feature in the Similac rewards program app, as it failed to focus properly on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra Note 20 5G device. Consequently, I resorted to accessing the program through the Firefox web browser to capture the necessary images. However, this workaround detracts from the app's convenience and usability. I hope the development team can address this issue promptly to enhance the app's functionality.

It's good for the fact of getting rewards and coupons and all that but the app is self does not work properly, it's laggy and slow and keeps logging me out even though there's a reminder me option and when trying to log back in it's horrible and doesn't seem to understand how to do it after you put the information in.
