One of the worst apps I've ever dealt with. Constantly having connection issues, whether I'm on WiFi or cellular connection. When recording, i always get the error "symptoms not recorded", despite everything else Bluetooth and WiFi related works. Have tried this on multiple devices with the same result. Have rebooted, uninstalled the app, cleared cache, cleared data, etc., and even reformatted my phone. Same result. Out of each month, I'm lucky to get 10 days of successful recordings out 30 days

Pros: Recording and sending data appears to be working. Cons: After recent update the app sends constant alerts that it is running in the background, which is annoying because I know it is supposed to be running in the background. No more reminder about upcoming scheduled data transfers. There is a yellow banner across the top that tells me to check my internet connection. Thoughts: I don't know who Abbott has working on Merlin, but they need to hire some decent QA testers.

New update added icons to status bar and lock screen without my permission. They can't be removed. It now also sends a notification every time I access app to tell me that it is running in background. This notification can not be removed or cleared from screen. No longer tells me date when full download will be performed. New home screen is clunky compared to previous version. From a user view point previous version is better. Give it back.
