I really love how the short articles included in this app really put things in perspective. It's well thought out and motivating. It's helped my mood improve - it's all too easy to get caught up in your own and others negativity - and the articles are great for ideas or notions overlooked when stressed, depressed or anxious. Really, you need to try it and give it about 2 weeks.

I have to change my previous review on the app, I looked in Google play at alot of different apps, and tried a couple, but the apps that were supposed to be free, you got a whole lot less, just a way to make money I guess, didn't like the ones I downloaded and ended up going back to this app, edit: I thought this app was free, only to find out it's just like the rest, greedy!!!

Hey D Gove, we're happy to have you back with us! uMore's core features will always remain free, what is paid for are the new features. In other words, you can continue using uMore (as you were previously) without worrying about any additional costs! Happy Holidays :). Sumair

When I was trying to do the survey and the mood tracking, it didnt even work. It's so disappointing because I have been looking at so many apps for mental health and coping with depression and stress but all of them you have to get some kind of membership/ subscription.
